Historic Tax Credit, Opportunity Zones & New Market Tax Credit Workshop

Join us on Tuesday, November 19 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Winona County History Center for a learning session on Historic Tax Credits, Opportunity Zones, and New Market Tax Credits! 

AGENDA
9-10:30 a-m.: Get some of your questions answered on Historic Tax Credits: what they are, how to utilize them, what it takes to qualify for one, and much more! 

10:30-11:30 a.m.: A walking tour of Downtown Winona where we'll showcase the 102 Walnut Street building, which utilized the Historic Tax Credit.

11:30-Noon: Catered Lunch and Networking

Noon-1:30 p.m.: Learn about what Opportunity Zones are, where some opportunity zones are located in and around Downtown Winona, and how these areas could benefit Downtown Winona.

1:30-3 p.m.: End the afternoon getting educated on New Market Tax Credits, what they are, how to utilize them, what it takes to qualify for one, and much more!
