On September 21 we will spend an interactive hour discussing what "Face" we should show our customers and how to "adjust" our attitude to fit their needs. We will discuss the significance of an employee's attitude on the bottom line. Mary has over 20 years experience in leadership, customer service and gender/generational training and conflict resolution. Mary has conducted training programs for organizations such as St. Louis County Social Services, National Bank of Commerce, Arrowhead Builders Association, and a variety of Chambers of Commerce including Hermantown, Cloquet, Winona, Two Harbors and the Iowa Chamber of Commerce, among others.
