Lunchtime Learning - Customer Retention

The Winona Area Chamber of Commerce Lunchtime Learning Series will feature the Winona Police Department and Target's Asset Protection Leaders to discuss Holiday Theft and Bad Checks: The basics every employee needs to know. It is important that retailers know their rights under the law, but also the rights of the alleged perpetrator as well. Surveillance techniques, paperwork needed, and much more will be discussed. The program will begin with lunch and registration at 11:15 am, we will conclude by 12:45 pm. Cost is $12 per person and includes lunch and all material. Discounts will be given to businesses sending 4 or more individuals. Please contact the Chamber office to reserve your spot.
