Don't you hate going into a difficult conversation knowing that it's going to be rough, and then it gets even worse than you thought? Have you ever thought you were going to have a light hearted and normal conversation with someone that turned out to be among the most awkward ever?

During this session I will discuss some of the most epic awkward conversations I've had- with stories right from my team- and see what we can learn from each of them.
