Nicole LaChapelle-Strumski has a passion for helping people live their best lives. She works as a program manager and SHIP Technical Assistance provider at Southeast Service Cooperative in Rochester. Nicole has been supporting workplace well-being for over 13 years. She keeps active herself, in part by keeping up with her 3 preschoolers!
