Scott Lambert is the President and CEO of the Minnesota Auto Dealers Association (MADA). MADA recently celebrated their 100th year, being founded in 1919 to represent new car and truck dealers. Since then, they've grown to represent all, or almost all Minnesota franchised dealerships in every corner of the state. Lambert has been at MADA for over a decade and coordinates communications among MADA members, ensuring they are updated of issues that may affect their business along the newest technologies and innovations within the intricate Auto Industry in the MidWest. 
 
Scott will discuss the California Car Mandate, and initiative by the Walz Administration to regulate vehicle emissions standards in Minnesota. Scott’s program will touch on the consequences of this policy, and how it will affect both his members and consumers alike.
