Respect in the Workplace

Working together respectfully might sound easy to most, but often times employers or employees find themselves doing or saying things that might not always be appropriate. This session will remind us of the rules we must follow so everyone feels welcome and comfortable at any place of employment. This training will be hands on and discuss the following topics:

  • What is harassment?
  • Bullying at work
  • Types of harassment
  • What is sexual harassment
  • Quid Pro Quo
  • Hostile work environments
  • What to do if behavior is not welcome
  • Scenario’s - is this harassment?
Due to the interaction of this training, there must be at least 15 people registered for this class to run (max 30).
