The future of Minnesota State College Southeast matters—to our workforce, our businesses, and our entire region. As the search for the next President of MSCS begins again this fall, this is a critical moment to ensure the right leader is selected, one who understands our community, our employers, and the evolving needs of our workforce.

Join us for an interactive, high-impact session designed to bring business and community voices together. This is not a presentation. This is a working session.
Together, we will:
• Identify the leadership qualities that matter most
• Share real-world insights from employers and community leaders
• Collaborate on what success should look like for the next President
• Ensure every voice in the room is heard and valued
The input gathered will be thoughtfully compiled and shared directly with the Minnesota State
System Office to help inform and strengthen the presidential hiring process.
