Bullying tactics like yelling, the silent treatment, aggressiveness, extreme criticism, excessive micromanagement, and gossip are costly and unnecessary problems in the workplace. The targets of these behaviors live in an array of psychologically damaging consequences. It is estimated that an organization can spend up to $1000,000 per bully due to turnover, absenteeism, and low quality work. This seminar teaches interpersonal skills needed for a positive workplace culture while also addressing the destructive nature of negative behaviors. The course also teaches positive communication tools, assertiveness skills, and other importance of standing up for each other.
